We currently ship across Pakistan. Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.

  • Express Delivery (where available): Delivered within 1-3 working days.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 250 applies to all orders below PKR 4,999 Shipping Threshold.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders above PKR 4,999.
  • Express Shipping: Additional charges may apply for express deliveries, depending on your location.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

Delivery Issues

  • Missed Delivery: If delivery is attempted and missed, the courier may contact you to reschedule.
